The "computerBoxes" setting in the "pixelmon.hocon" config file if you're playing on 8.4.2 (MC 1.12.2).
Or "computer-boxes" in the "storage.yml" file under "config/pixelmon/" in the 9.0.x Betas (MC 1.16.5).
