Pixelmon Mod

I've hunted everywhere for the answer to this, but sadly, the wiki, and Google both turn up with nothing.

A friend of mine swears up and down that if you use Thief on a Chansey in Pixelmon, there is a 5% chance of it dropping a Lucky Egg upon death. Is this true? Or is he just being jerk?

I do know you can obtain the egg from bosses, so I'm thinking maybe he happened upon a boss Chansey that just so happened to have dropped the egg. But of course the chances of that are unlikely.

Well thief in the mod so far is buggy so it doesn't work like in the Pokemon games and chanseys seem to only drop regular eggs to me. sp i think es just trolling
