Is it possible to adjust the list of starters offered? My boyfriend and I have our own server we run for friends. We've been discussing making small adjustments, but were wondering about the possibility of adding a few to the list of starter choices, like Pikachu.

no, it is currently not possible, nor do i think it will be added (maybe it will for map makers, im not sure) currently, your best option would be to spawn it for your friend, down side to this is that it wouldnt be level 5

you could keep spawning in until 5 or under and if under just give the trainer a rare candy
