Can I increase the Pokemon spawn rate on a server?

It should be these lines in the config:
I:"Max number of Air Pokemon (at one time)"=20
I:"Max number of Land Pokemon (at one time)"=40
I:"Max number of Underground Pokemon (at one time)"=60
I:"Max number of Water Pokemon (at one time)"=20
If you increase them they will increase the spawn rate.
I'm not sure how it got rid of the gui when you changed it. I would recommend getting a new download of the install so you can replace your .cfg and /database files that way, and then try setting it higher. That should undo anything you did in the config to cause that.
