im after an umbreon, what would you all say is the easiest way to get an umbreon, because i heard its easier with certain pokeball and certain happiness level, just need to know quickest way, any ideas will help

uhhh the only way to get it is to evolve eevee. It's happiness must be 220 I believe, and then when you level it up it will evolve.

Also I think winning battles with your eevee helps it's happiness. Good choice btw umbreon is a little tank :p.
