I figured I would post a few ideas for future updates.
Pokemon effecting weather: I think it would be a cool idea if Pokemon could affect the weather, like if a venusaur knows rain dance, you select the Pokemon and you can have the Pokemon use the move to change the weather.
Other Pokemon out of battle moves:
-dig: teleports you to the surface of a cave
-Teleport: teleports you to your spawn or maybe even the nearest Pokemon center
Gym leaders: I don't know if the pixelmon team has an idea for this, but here is my suggestion. Maybe have gyms spawn randomly like Pokemon centers, and have gym leaders spawn inside them, or simply have gym leaders spawn like boss Pokemon, dropping badges when defeated.
