I was curious about that myself, isi's site uses enjin with the donationcraft to run specific commands like the pokegive but how does it change pokemon size and nature if it is not using nbtedit on them directly?

Or in reverse since people want the right nature and moves for there poké, they will let you edit it after you gave it to them, that way you dont have to bother with spawning them in with /pokespawn and then give the user masterballs after you editted it and then he can catch it.

Or they have a modified private version of pokegive.
