this will be a guide on how to install pixelmon for mac users! coulden't find a good guide on how to install one for mac so here you go.
here are all the downloads you need!
for pixelmon itself: http://adf.ly/TkRSZ
for the forge installer: http://adf.ly/673885/http://files.minec ... .0.799.jar
How to install the mods itself!
1. first you need a fresh new minecraft! to do this you need to go to finder, library, application support, minecraft
- now go into that folder and delete everything! make sure to back up your worlds if u don't want to lose them!
2. run minecraft to get the fresh new files!
3. open up the minecraft forge installer you just downloaded and then click install client.
- open up your minecraft again and you should see a drop down bar called Profile: then click on forge
4. run the game to get your new forge files
5. you are then going to need to go back to your minecraft folder
- go to the pixelmon file that you just opened and copy the database folder and the mods folder and paste that into the minecraft folder
- * you might see some messages saying are you sure you want to replace this? hit yes and continue*
6. you're done. load up the minecraft game and you should be all good!
