I have to say, Your Good at making skins:D

Type (Trainer, human, random guy... Etc NO POKEMON):Champion (Lance) --->
Gender:Male
Hair colour:Cyan
Eye colour:Black
Colour theme (Main style of clothing, etc):Keep the cape and make it look like a Water type leader theme :3
Any additional things? Accessories?: Maybe a belt that has Pokeballs?

If it's for me, what I meant is if the people you'll try to do is pokemon-related only? Or we can ask for things from like another manga or anime or whatever? As long as we provide pictures of course.

That was for all the people (Like I won't make skins of actual pokemon). Of course, I do any skin if a picture and description is provided ;3

Hey, no need to be sorry!
Well, about the parts, if you're talking about the hat part, well, of course I use them (when it's necessary). I've used them in my N skin and a bunch of other skins that have sticking-out parts.

To put skins on:

1- go to minecraft.net
2- log in!
3- go to Profiles (Top middle)
4- Scroll down
5- Find "Change how you look in Minecraft"
6- Click "browse" or "find file" or whatever
7- Locate your file
8- Click "upload"
9- Bam, you're done. Remember to not be connected to Minecraft when doing this
