- 25 Jul 2013 10:20 #61203 I hate essays. Writing essays in 8th grade wasn't too bad though. Because my teacher would actually READ the essays. (unlike most other english teachers I've encountered). To be honest I don't see the point of having a language arts class after 9-10th grade unless you are going to get a job that involves language arts.
