i am having big problems in installing the rei's minimap mod in forge.

in the normal minecraft.jar i only have to drag and drop the files from the folder into the .jar and it works.

now when i do the same thing in forge it would not regognise that tjhis mod is installed.
i also tried installing the modloader first and stuff..

i am not really using forge so i don't really have experience on how to deal with it properly.
i was quite happy when i finally could get pixelmon running after hours.

i heard something about just dragging the mod folder in the same direction as the version folder but that wouldn't change anything.

it would be very cool if someone could give me a detailed guide on what i have to do to get it running because i definetly will get lost without ingame waypoints.
