You gotta make it way longer, in most reference pictures the tail is at least twice if not three times as long as the 'hood' part.
Also maybe work on making the tail/body taper down into a very round point rather than a sharp end?
It looks more like a pepper than a snake.
Besides that yer head is pretty good, and the hood is off to a great start!

Looks pretty good AnDwHaT, not sure if you need any changes to it tho, You need a texture! lol
