criticism is necessary for making models better. Some people just don't sugar coat it.
As for my contribution in terms of critique. I feel like the overhang on the end of the snout should be larger and sharper, like it is in the image Cyclonit presented, but perhaps not quite to that extreme.
also if you could get the geometry the eye's on to face more forward, it'd help with the portrait view.

I'd suggest building out a bit of an eyebrow structure. In most pictures of Aerodactyl the brow is very defined. Viewing it from the side looks okay, but looking head on I think it needs something more. Other than that and fixing up a few of the minor things already mentioned, I think it looks great.
