-Edit #2-
Continuing to try simplifying the geometry/smooth out the shape... I'm not sure if the render is making it look messier than it actually is?
Here is a snapshot of the geometry:

Thoughts/advice? [ P.S. the face looks cray cray because of the tooth/whiskers.. Not sure how to simplify it?! ]

-Edit #3-
Alriiiight.. I found out the rendering was causing issues in making the geometry look disgusting - fixed it, and now it looks much more like the actual model.
Would love some feedback!

#117698 well that is a great model right there! the only thing you need to do from then is clean up the polys and make some areas of it more low poly (the head, tail, and legs).:)

#117702 Needs more cleaning up to do around the neck area and the tail and the face and the body ;.;
The geometry is super messy, which can take a while to fix but its possible

#120034 I feel like there's a lot of geometry that could use some reducing like everyone's saying, more specifically on the back and tail.
Very nice for a first model though~
