2 things:
Make it touch the block.
Try making the tail flat, I believe it'll help with animating, if i'm not wrong.

You aren't wrong but I have seen that they now want it in neutral poisition, the curvy tail is neutral for this Pokémon.

Ok, I had no clue sorry. For one thing, it'd be easier to model, lol. But I guess that's just me. Ignore my rambling, Ima noob.

Let me repeat what I said, you're CORRECT, it's easier for animation and mostly modeling, but they, as in Mr.M I believe, changed it and they now want neutral.
