The head needs to have more of a bellshape horizontally as well, and the mouth actually needs to be bigger, as it's almost as big as the widest part of the head. I've redlined out of your screenshots and created a top-down image [which is slightly off since the mouth isn't actually at a top-down angle but that wasn't the main purpose of that sketch so just ignore that part].
