Great job on this one, but it sure does look a bit too fat.
Also, the puff of fur on the belly, try making that more fur-like (worst thing to ever model), because now it looks like another layer of fat.

The tail too, it's actually about 3 times the length of the body:

Please split the wings? Into shoulder-armpit feathers, forearm feathers and finger feathers, if you can. Here's an image to help:
