#51862 So I decided to try and build a pokecenter for the mod that I've been recently addicted to. I wanted to go with something simple that would fit into the game in villages and have common materials but still look like a pokecenter. This is the result:

NOTE: The schematic came from the vanilla game, built in a superflat world. (I imported it into my modded world and added the modded objects) so Pixelmon entities like the healing table will not be in it. Also, MCEdit picked up a layer of dirt underneath it because the roof and entrance stairs were sticking out, so just remember to place it so the stairs are level with the ground.

Please feel free to make suggestions. :)

EDIT UPDATE #1

I've redone the roof to fit in even more with villages. I had to change the birch plank walls to oak as it conflicted with my pokeball design.

Here's a comparison:

EDIT UPDATE #2

It seems the original has won and to be honest, I like that one better anyways. Also, sorry for my recent inactivity, I was spending this last week at my lake with my family.

Due to the suggestion made by bhoqure, I have redone my pokecenter to fit in a couple biomes:

Main/General I plan on this one spawning in like the title says, general areas like forests, plains, extreme hills, etc.

Schematics in respective order -

As you can see, they are all made with that biome's corresponding wood. I also redesigned the pokeball on the front with wool as Mr. M said that they don't really care about integration with villages.

As always, please leave more suggestions so I can make this better. I'm currently looking for a better place to put the trading machine, but I guess that doesn't matter since the schematics doesn't come with Pixelmon entities anyways.

EDIT UPDATE #3
I've completely redone my pokecenter. Reason? I've grown a dislike for my old, simplistic one, and my creative sense was telling me to redo it if I wanted a chance of getting this ingame.

So, without further ado, I give you BlueRex's Pokecenter v2:

Of course, I'll be doing biome specifics later. Post some feedback for the obvious reason and so I won't have to post again for the fourth time in a row if I have another update. :P

EDIT UPDATE 4:
I've made another one with quartz walls for a little variety:

I could make biome specifics, but I'm not sure if that would be a big waste of time considering I don't think many people like these. If so, then this is probably the last update. But you can expect more schematics from me in the future. ;)

#52012 Well, I did build it with simplicity in mind. :P

It takes inspiration from the Gen 3 games like FR/LG and Ruby. I didn't want it to have a second floor just for trading, so I just threw the machine there.

Also, I've done a minor tweak with the roof to make it fit it even more with villages:

Unfortunately, I had to redo the walls with oak planks as birch would have conflicted with the bottom of the pokeball design.

Let me know which one you guys prefer, and as always feel free to provide feedback. (I've updated the first post with a comparison picture btw)

#52120 its simple and nice but, if you look at a post with someone else's idea of implementing pokecenters with villages, as is quoted from

Mr.M himself,
"I'm really not interested in integration at all. We aren't going to be mixing minecraft buildings and pixelmon ones together."

you should try to make it biome specific make it match a certain biome. but make it simple like this and it would be awesome. :)

Well... I guess I could show you my first one:

After I saw the need for pokecenters, this idea came into my mind instantly. I tried to make it look like a combination of the one from FR/LG and HG/SS, but then I thought it was just... too much. And boring on the outside. And was made with a lot of quartz.

This was made in 1.6, as you can probably tell by the red stained clay ceiling, so again, no pixelmon entities. (I'm planning on putting the trading machine upstairs somewhere) If you guys like this one better and want to improve it, be my guest.

Funny thing, I'm actually redoing the whole thing in sandstone for deserts. I'm thinking jungle wood or mossy cobblestone with vines for the Jungle biome.

#55388 What? No suggestions? No feedback? I need some to help me improve this guys. I don't know if I'm making it better or worse. :|

Anyways, I've got a small update. I've made a 3D pokeball on the roof and done some minor tweaks. Not big enough to include in the original post or upload a schematic, but still enough for a small update.
