A Static Shrine is a shrine that spawns rarely in Savanna Plateau, Savanna M, and Savanna Plateau M biomes. If a fully-charged Orb of Static Souls is placed in its centerpiece, the legendary Zapdos will spawn. The shrine structure is a two-story building with two entrances, although only one of the entrances contains stairs leading from the ground floor to the top floor, where the shrine centerpiece is located; the other leads to a dead end. The exterior contains several of the uncommonly found Chiseled Stone Bricks.
If the player is in a compatible biome, the command /struc can spawn a static shrine if the terrain allows for one.
