Heal Powder is a type of medicine that heals all status on a Pokémon like a Full Heal. However, it also lowers the Pokémon's happiness by either 5 or 10 depending on how much happiness it initially has. Before Pixelmon Reforged, it could be crafted using the following recipes. It can be obtained from shopkeepers and as a tier 1 special drop.
