A Choice Scarf is a held item that boosts the Speed of the Pokémon holding it by 50%, but the Pokémon holding it can only use the first move selected in battle. It can be obtained as a tier 3 special drop. It is a possible drop from rare boss Pokémon, and from wild Greninja.
