Health Feather

The Health Feather is a type of medicine that increases the HP EV of a Pokémon by 1 if you right-click it, consuming the item upon use. It is also used to craft HP Up in an Infuser. Health Feather can be obtained via Headbutt or dropped by some Pokémon.
