A Sweet is a type of evolution item that can be obtained from a caught Milcery as a held item.

Below is a list of patterns that Milcery can evolve into. This form depends on the biome, time, and what Sweet you right-click Milcery with.
This table depicts what biome you have to evolve in to obtain the relevant flavor of cream:

Example: To obtain Strawberry Ruby Swirl Alcremie you will need to right-click Milcery with the Strawberry Sweet at dawn, and in an Extreme Hills+ biome. This is then followed by spinning your MC character 360 degrees.
