Fresh Water
From Pixelmon Wiki
Fresh Water is a type of medicine that heals 50 HP when used on a Pokémon. Before Pixelmon Reforged, it could be crafted using the following recipes. It can be obtained from shopkeepers and as a tier 1 special drop. It can also be bought from a vending machine or found as a drop from certain wild Pokémon.
