The Primarium Z is a Z-Crystal exclusively for Primarina.
Moves this Z-Crystal can upgrade:
- Sparkling Aria → Oceanic Operetta Special: Only a Primarina can use it
Moves, abilities or items like Embargo, Klutz or Trick can't make a Pokémon drop the Z-Crystal that it's holding.
