Blunder Policy

A Blunder Policy is a held item that raises the holder's Speed by two stages when one of the holder's moves misses one of its targets because of an accuracy or evasion check. The Blunder Policy is consumed when this occurs. It can be obtained as a tier 3 special drop. It is a possible drop from common boss Pokémon.
