Can I use the Technic launcher to play Pixelmon?

Yes. Historically, the Pixelmon team has frowned upon modpacks being posted there. However, recent changes in collaboration mean that the team is willing to compromise to allow players of all launchers to play Pixelmon. Currently, only Pixelmon 6.0.0 and up for Minecraft 1.12.2 are supported there, under the modpack name Pixelmon Reforged.
