Spectral Thief is a damaging Ghost-type move that has secondary effect of stealing all the foe's positive stat changes. The user will first steal the boosts and only after that deal the damage. You cannot steal the boosts of an unaffected target. If the user is Marshadow and is holding the item Marshadium Z this move will become the Z-Move Soul-Stealing 7-Star Strike
