The Zygarde Cube is a craftable item that allows you to collect Zygarde Cells and Zygarde Cores by right-clicking them with the Zygarde cube in your hand.
When the cube has ten Zygarde Cells and one Zygarde Core then it will be able to assemble Zygarde in its 10% form. If the cube has 50 cells and one core then it will be able to assemble Zygarde in its 50% form. And if the cube has 100 cells and two cores it will be able to assemble Zygarde in its 50% form but with the ability Power Construct, which allows Zygarde to become its 100% form in battle if its HP is below half at the end of a turn. Additionally, a 10% or 50% zygarde can be upgraded by adding the difference in cells and cores, by choosing "Assemble with Zygarde"
All of this is done in the Reassembly Unit.
Each Zygarde Core the cube collects allows you to teach a move to Zygarde by right-clicking Zygarde with the cube in your hand. Teaching a move to zygarde in this manner does not use up the core, and can be taught to as many zygardes as desired (even if the core is used to construct another zygarde).
There are a total of five moves which can be taught in this manner:
Additionally, right-clicking a zygarde with power construct using the zygarde cube will allow you to freely swap between 10% power construct and 50% power construct forms.
