The DNA Splicers is an item that changes the form of Kyurem when fused with Reshiram or Zekrom into White Kyurem or Black Kyurem or to separate White Kyurem or Black Kyurem into its constituent Pokémon. It is a possible drop from rare boss Pokémon.

Kyurem + Zekrom = Black Kyurem

Kyurem + Reshiram = White Kyurem
