A frozen shrine is a shrine that spawns rarely in Ice Plains, Ice Plains Spikes, Ice Mountains, and Cold Taiga biomes. In the middle of the structure is the shrine itself, which can be activated with a charged orb of frozen souls to spawn the Legendary Articuno. The structure also has nine Water Stone ore around its center, which is the exact number of ore needed to make a single Water Stone.
If the player is in a compatible biome, the command /struc can also spawn a frozen shrine if the terrain allows for one. However, if the biome is Ice Plains or Ice Plains Spikes, a Pokémon Center may sometimes be spawned instead.
