Isi's silver hourglass is a single-use item that advances a breeding Pokémon's breeding stage by one stage. It doesn't work if the Pokémon is not satisfied with its environment. It can only be obtained by spawning it in, although a config setting can allow it to be dropped by boss Pokémon.
Config settings
- "Let bosses drop Isi's hourglass": Whether or not boss Pokémon can drop Isi's silver hourglass.
