The End is an alternate dimension in Minecraft. No Pokémon spawn here and there are no plans for this ever to be the case.

End stone is dropped very rarely by several Rock-type Pokémon, which are listed here. However, amassing large quantities of End stone for building purposes is extremely time-consuming with this method, making it better to visit the End and defeat the Ender dragon if End stone is needed as a building material.
The dragon egg is only obtained by defeating the Ender dragon like in vanilla Minecraft.
