Hidden Grottos are small structures made out of oak wood and oak leaves that can be found rarely in the Overworld. Each of them contains a single Master PokéLoot chest within them, along with some torches. Hidden Grottos appear in the following biomes:
- Forest
- Forest Hills
- Flower Forest
- Birch Forest
- Birch Forest Hills
- Birch Forest M
- Birch Forest Hills M
- Roofed Forest
- Roofed Forest M
- Taiga
- Taiga Hills
- Taiga M
- Mega Taiga

A Grotto Spawner, found only in the Creative menu, can spawn Hidden Grottos.
