Pixelmon includes several Pokémon-related signs, including ones signifying Pokémon Centers, Poké Marts, and Pokémon Gyms. These signs are meant for use in player-built structures; naturally generating Pokémon Centers and Poké Marts do not contain signs and there are no naturally spawning Pokémon Gyms.
