Sand Veil

Sand Veil is an Ability that boosts a Pokémon's evasion by 25% in a sandstorm. It also makes a Pokémon immune to residual damage from the sandstorm if it is not already immune.

The Evasion Ability Clause battle rule can prohibit Pokémon that have Sand Veil.
