The End is an alternate dimension in Minecraft. It is home to both the legendary Pokemon Deoxys and Hoopa as well as a large variety of Psychic/Dark Pokemon.

Trivia

• End stone is dropped very rarely by several Rock-type Pokémon, which are listed here. However, amassing large quantities of End stone for building purposes is extremely time-consuming with this method, making it better to visit The End or the Ultra Space if End stone is needed as a building material.
• The dragon egg is only obtained by defeating the Ender dragon like in vanilla Minecraft.
• Prior to Pixelmon Reforged (pre 7.0.0), no Pokemon spawned in the end.
