A Repeat Ball is a somewhat different Poké Ball that has a 3.5× catch rate on Pokémon species that were previously caught or otherwise owned by the Trainer. It can be obtained by crafting it, buying from a shopkeeper, or as a tier 1 special drop,
Crafting
Repeat Balls are crafted similarly to other Poké Balls.
