-Spawn Portal is an [[external move]] that can be used by Solgaleo, Lunala, Arceus, Necrozma and Palkia. It spawns a Ultra Wormhole  which is one of the methods of entering and exiting [[Ultra Space]], without finding a naturally generated one. The wormhole spawns in the sky above where the player activated the external move.
-Spawn Portal's cooldown is 15 minutes.
