The Zygarde Cells/Cores are an item introduced in Pixelmon Reforged, in order to obtain these the player first must have the Zygarde Cube in hand in order to have them start spawning around them.
Both the cells and cores can spawn in any biome, they spawn on logs, leaves and grass.
In order to get these to spawn it's recommended a player explores new areas.
