A Rocky Helmet is a held item that causes a Pokémon that makes contact with the holder to take ⅙ of its maximum HP in damage. It can be obtained as a tier 3 special drop. It is a possible drop from uncommon and rare boss Pokémon, or from certain wild Pokémon.
