A Quick Claw is a held item that gives the holder a 20% chance of moving first regardless of the Speed stats of Pokémon on the field. This effect only applies to moves of the same or lower priority than the move the holder uses. It can be obtained as a tier 2 special drop. It can also be obtained as a drop from certain wild Pokémon.
