Normalize is an Ability that causes the Pokémon's moves, including status moves, to become Normal-type moves. Some moves with variable types are not affected by Normalize, such as Hidden Power and Natural Gift. Normal type attacks (both originally normal moves and those that were turned normal by this ability) receive a 20% power boost.
