As Slimes do not normally spawn in Pixelmon, Slimeballs are obtained as drops from wild Grimer, Muk, Solosis, and Duosion. They can be used for their vanilla Minecraft purposes (crafting leads, sticky pistons and magma cream), but have no use that is specific to Pixelmon.
