Volt Tackle is a damaging Electric-type move that causes recoil equal to ⅓ of the damage dealt. It also has a 10% chance to paralyze the opponent.
In order to obtain Volt Tackle, a Pikachu or a Raichu must breed while holding a Light Ball. The resulting Pichu will know Volt Tackle.
