Overcoat

Overcoat is an Ability that prevents the Pokémon from taking damage from sandstorm and hail. It also prevents the Pokémon from being affected by Effect Spore and the following powder-based moves:

• Cotton Spore
• Poison Powder
• Rage Powder
• Sleep Powder
• Spore
• Stun Spore
