A Premier Ball is a Poké Ball that has been specially made to commemorate an event of some sort. Premier Balls are unique in that they have particle effects when thrown. This is purely aesthetic–they have the same catch rate as normal Poké Balls. It can be obtained by crafting it, buying from a shopkeeper, or as a tier 1 special drop,
