Since version 9.0.0 Pokeball discs do not exist anymore. When using cooked apricorns to craft they directly craft into the lids.
Trivia
Poké Ball discs were a step in the creation of Poké Balls. They were made from various mixtures of three cooked Apricorns. With an anvil and a hammer, they could be made into Poké Ball lids. No Poké Ball discs existed for Cherish Balls, GS Balls, Master Balls, or Park Balls.
