A Dive Ball is a somewhat different Poké Ball that has a 3.5× catch rate on Pokémon that are in water. It can be obtained by crafting it, buying from a shopkeeper, or as a tier 1 special drop,

Crafting

Dive Balls are crafted similarly to other Poké Balls.
