Moody is an Ability that raises one random stat by two stages and lowers a different random stat by two stages at the end of every turn, including accuracy and evasion. It will not attempt to raise or lower a stat that is already at the maximum or minimum stage, respectively.
The Moody Clause battle rule can prohibit the use of Pokémon with Moody.
